Welcome to Wishlists & World Travels!

This is a family blog with an emphasis on planning and preserving memories to extend those positive feelings that travel brings.

Who are we?

• Dan is a landscaper in real life. His favorite spot so far is Kauai and Australia is top of his travel wishlist. His roles include injecting spontaneity into the itinerary and occasionally acting as chief voice of reason.

• Lauren is a nurse in real life. Her favorite spot so far is Venice, Italy and New Zealand is top of her wishlist. Her roles include itinerary creator and chief preserver of memories. She is also a Certified Travel Advisor, through Fora Travel, so check out the Wishlists tab if you'd like to learn more about her helping you plan your next trip!

• Caden is a student in real life. His favorite spot so far is Croatia and England is top of his wishlist. His primary role is travel wishlist maker.

Why are we doing this?

Why not? This is a family project that we can work on together in hopes that people will find it helpful or at least enjoyable to read. We plan to build up this site with stories from places we have visited, both near and far. You'll see posts from all three of us with our own unique perspectives.
